FrieslandCampina Hiring! Full Time Regional Nutritional Manager (South) in Johor - Ricebowl

The Regional Nutritional Manager, based in Johor Bahru (JB), will be responsible for leading and executing the end-to-end recruitment strategy for the Medical Channel across the region. This role will also have the opportunity to explore and develop the Confinement Centre channel to support business growth and market expansion.

Job Responsibilities:

• Connect with his/her team members to discuss and make business decisions on daily basis.
• Responsible for monitoring both internal and external KPIs.
• Work closely with the Medical Marketer on on-ground activations and with the SFE Lead on business analytics.
• Maintain awareness of the COE and FC Do's and Don'ts in daily operations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of people leadership experience, with a proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Passionate about engaging with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and effectively communicating brand and scientific messages to drive top-of-mind recommendations.
• Strong customer focus with the ability to make timely, data-driven decisions and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates a high level of ownership, accountability, and initiative, with a continuous drive to identify opportunities and create meaningful business impact.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across diverse audiences.
