Kutub Trading Hiring! Full Time Retail Supervisor in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 4,000 - Ricebowl

Kutub Trading is looking for an experienced and dependable Supervisor to lead a team of 15 staff across our wholesale and retail operations. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, manage staff performance, and liaise closely with the Stock OA and Transport OA to ensure smooth coordination between sales, inventory, and delivery functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of a team of 15 staff, including cashiers, sales, and warehouse personnel
• Prepare staff schedules, assign duties, and manage shift coverage
• Monitor staff performance, provide coaching, and conduct on-the-job training for new and existing employees
• Liaise with the Stock OA to monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and prevent shortages or overstock
• Liaise with the Transport OA to coordinate delivery schedules, ensure timely dispatch of orders, and resolve any delivery-related issues
• Maintain a positive, motivated, and disciplined team environment

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in wholesale, retail, or trading business
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team of 10+ staff
• Experience coordinating with stock/inventory and transport/logistics functions is an advantage
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm, fair, and decisive under pressure
• Good understanding of cash handling, sales reconciliation, and basic inventory/logistics coordination
• Problem-solving mindset with a hands-on, proactive approach
• Basic computer literacy (POS systems, MS Excel, or similar)
• Able to work well across departments and coordinate with frontline staff, Stock OA, Transport OA, and management
