Role Overview:

As an Senior SAP GRC Consultant, you will act as a key support specialist responsible for identifying, analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues across critical enterprise applications. You will work closely with business users, governance teams, auditors, compliance stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure system reliability, process effectiveness, and operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide application support for SAP GRC Process Control and related governance/compliance systems.
• Investigate and resolve complex application incidents, defects, and performance issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurring issues.
• Monitor application health, support service continuity, and ensure high system availability.
• Collaborate with business, audit, risk, compliance, and technical teams to understand requirements and prioritize support activities.
• Support control monitoring, workflow issues, user access concerns, and process control activities within SAP GRC.
• Prepare and maintain support documentation, knowledge base articles, troubleshooting guides, and operational procedures.
• Participate in change management, testing, deployment validation, and release support activities.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance support efficiency and governance effectiveness.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across application support and compliance processes.
• Provide timely communication and status updates to stakeholders and management.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP GRC Process Control (PC).
• Good understanding of SAP GRC governance, risk management, internal controls, compliance, and audit processes.
• Experience in application support, incident management, problem management, and service operations.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience supporting enterprise SAP environments.
• Familiarity with ITIL-based support processes is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple support priorities.
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive approach to issue resolution and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
• SAP GRC certification is an added advantage.
• Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, life sciences, financial services, manufacturing, or energy is beneficial.
• Exposure to SAP GRC Access Control or SAP GRC Risk Management is a plus.
