Project Oversight

• Manage and supervise all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Oversee site operations, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with project plans.

Team Leadership

• Lead, coordinate, and motivate on-site teams, subcontractors, and vendors to achieve project objectives.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among all project stakeholders.

Scheduling and Planning

• Develop, update, and monitor project schedules to ensure adherence to timelines.
• Identify potential delays and implement corrective measures promptly.

Regulatory Compliance and Safety

• Ensure all construction activities comply with Malaysian building codes, local regulations, and environmental standards.
• Enforce workplace health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment.

Quality Assurance

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship meets specifications and standards.
• Address and resolve quality issues or discrepancies promptly.

Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain accurate records, including progress reports, permits, and documentation required for handover.
• Prepare reports for senior management, highlighting achievements and any issues requiring attention.
