At Webby Group, we empower businesses with custom digital solutions — from cloud infrastructure and enterprise apps to AI and smart retail systems. We’re now looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong retail background to join our growing team.

What You’ll Be Doing at Webby:

• Engage with retail stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
• Lead the design of retail workflows (POS, CRM, loyalty, inventory, promotions)
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, and project managers across the SDLC
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful project rollouts
• Provide insights to improve operational efficiency and digital transformation outcomes

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the retail sector
• Strong understanding of retail systems (POS, CRM, loyalty programs, supply chain)
• Experience preparing BRDs, FSDs, flowcharts, and wireframes
• Clear communication and problem-solving skills across business and tech teams
• Familiarity with Agile methodology, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
