About the Role

We are seeking a Field Application Engineer (FAE) (Mandarin Speaker) with strong technical curiosity and a drive for innovation in the semiconductor thermal interconnect field. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in laboratory environments and a solid engineering foundation. You will be responsible for improving processes, developing new methods, and supporting customer evaluations to advance our technology and product reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive process and system improvements to enhance efficiency and performance
• Lead new process development initiatives in semiconductor applications
• Conduct evaluation and testing on customer samples
• Perform analysis and testing of electronic components in lab environments
• Collaborate with electrical, software, and manufacturing teams to integrate systems seamlessly

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechatronic, Mechanical, Electronic, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
• Proficiency in Mandarin is a must as to need to liaise with associate
• Fundamental knowledge in semiconductor processes and automation (preferred)
• Hands-on experience working in a laboratory environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities

Nice to Have

• Exposure to automation systems or semiconductor equipment
• Familiarity with testing methodologies for electronic components
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in semiconductor manufacturing
