Are you a detail-driven payroll professional who takes pride in accuracy and compliance? We're looking for a Senior Payroll Executive to join a collaborative payroll team, taking ownership of end-to-end monthly payroll processing while keeping everything sharp, compliant, and on time.

What You'll Do

• Process and review monthly payroll accurately and within deadlines
• Manage payroll updates: new hires, resignations, salary adjustments, and statutory deductions
• Ensure compliance with payroll-related legislation and company policies
• Prepare payroll reports and support internal and external audits
• Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation
• Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve payroll-related matters
• Support payroll process improvement initiatives and other tasks as assigned by the Payroll Manager

What You'll Bring

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of payroll experience
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory requirements
• High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural env
