Sales Manager – Interior Design & Renovation

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and expand our presence in the residentialand commercial interior design market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and client engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, property developers, architects, and corporate clients.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Work closely with the design and project teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of working preferably in interior design, renovation, construction, or building materials.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of renovation and interior fit-out projects.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, and results-oriented.
