Manufacturing Engineer | Up to $4,200 | Permanent

Location: Singapore
Employment: Permanent
Salary: $3,800 – $4,200/month

• Monday – Friday
• Office Hours

What You'll Be Doing:

• Support manufacturing and engineering activities for the assembly of Integrated Fluidic Circuit (IFC) products
• Drive process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, yield, cycle time, and cost efficiency
• Support new product introductions, equipment implementation, and manufacturing readiness activities
• Identify manufacturing issues, track progress, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve them
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and quality system requirements through SOP, work instruction, and process updates
• Monitor manufacturing performance using KPIs such as WIP, yield, cycle time, throughput, and production cost
• Analyse ERP data to improve manufacturing operations and reporting
• Support product costing, Bill of Materials (BOM) setup, and capacity planning
• Work closely with Purchasing and Process teams to ensure material availability and quality standards
• Assist in manufacturing training, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives

We're Looking For:

• Min Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
• Min 2–3 years of manufacturing engineering experience
• Experience in a GMP or regulated manufacturing environment is advantageous
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, D365, or Visual Manufacturing is preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset
