We're Hiring | ServiceNow Developer | Singapore

Are you an experienced ServiceNow Developer looking to work on enterprise-scale digital transformation projects? Join our team and help design, develop, and optimize cutting-edge ServiceNow solutions that drive business innovation.

Location: Central, Singapore

Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Start Date: ASAP (Subject to Security Clearance)

Contract: 1 Year (Extendable)

Eligibility: Singapore Citizens, Singapore PR, and Valid Work Pass Holders

Salary: Up to SGD 10,000/month (All-Inclusive, based on relevant experience)

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, configure, and customize enterprise ServiceNow solutions.

Develop scalable applications using App Engine Enterprise, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes.

Configure and support ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.

Implement and optimize HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Customer Service Management (CSM), and Now Assist solutions.

Manage platform upgrades, clone activities, patching, and overall platform health.

Configure and maintain CMDB, workflows, integrations, and platform governance.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

Provide Tier-3 technical support and ensure platform performance, security, and best practices.

Required Skills

️ 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, Administrator, or Consultant.

️ Strong hands-on experience across the ServiceNow platform and product suite.

️ Expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML/CSS, ServiceNow Scripting, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and App Engine.

️ Experience with CMDB configuration, database structures, and ServiceNow platform architecture.

️ Strong understanding of ITIL processes and IT Service Management (ITSM).

️ Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.

️ Experience with end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and platform administration.

Preferred Certifications

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS – ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or related modules)

ITIL v4 Foundation Certification
