Spare PartsManagement

·      Plan, prepare, and place spare parts orders withthe manufacturer based on inventory requirements and demand forecasts.

·      Monitor order status, shipping progress, anddelivery schedules with the factory.

·      Maintain optimal inventory levels to supportworkshop operations while minimizing excess stock.

·      Perform regular inventory checks, cycle counts,and annual stocktakes.

·      Ensure accurate stock receiving, stock issuance,and inventory transactions within the inventory management system.

·      Coordinate with technicians regarding partsissuance, returns, and availability.

·      Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.

·      Organize warehouse storage to ensure efficientstock identification and retrieval.

·      Monitor slow-moving, obsolete, and criticalstock items and recommend appropriate actions.

·      Prepare and submit monthly inventory reports,including stock movement, inventory value, outstanding orders, and stockaccuracy.

Warranty & Compliance Administration

·      Manage the company's end-to-end warranty claimprocess.

·      Review repair jobs and determine warrantyeligibility in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.

·      Coordinate with technicians to ensure allrequired documentation, diagnostic reports, and supporting evidence arecomplete.

·      Prepare and submit warranty claims accuratelyand within the manufacturer's required timeline.

·      Liaise with the manufacturer regarding claimapprovals, rejections, technical clarifications, and additional documentation.

·      Monitor warranty claim progress until finalapproval and reimbursement.

·      Maintain complete and accurate warranty recordsfor audit purposes.

·      Ensure compliance with all manufacturer warrantypolicies and procedures.

·      Provide warranty authorization guidance totechnicians before repair work is carried out.

·      Analyse warranty trends and recurring failures,reporting findings to management.

·      Prepare monthly warranty performance reports,including claim status, approval rates, rejected claims, outstandingsubmissions, and reimbursement summaries.

System and Software Administration

·       Configure and maintain the telematics platform

·       Manage user accounts, role-based accesspermissions, and geofences.

·       Monitor, analysis, generate daily, weekly, andmonthly data collected.

·       Monitor real-time vehicle health to shift fromreactive fixes to predictive maintenance
