Job Description
Responsibilities
Maintenance Operations & Equipment Reliability
Oversee maintenance of ACMV, M&E, kitchen equipment, and building facilities to ensure safe and reliable operations.
Lead preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance for air-conditioning, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and building systems.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults, air-conditioning systems, and commercial kitchen equipment.
Investigate equipment failures, implement corrective actions, and coordinate maintenance schedules to minimise disruptions.
Facilities & Asset Management
Develop preventive maintenance programmes to improve reliability and extend asset lifespan.
Maintain maintenance records, manage spare parts, and coordinate statutory inspections, servicing, certification, equipment installation, and improvement projects.
Team Leadership & Safety
Supervise technicians and contractors, allocate resources, and provide technical guidance.
Ensure compliance with WSH regulations, PTW requirements, and company policies through inspections and risk assessments.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management, or related field.
Minimum 3 years' supervisory experience in ACMV, M&E, or facilities maintenance.
Hands-on troubleshooting experience in air-conditioning, electrical systems, kitchen equipment, and building services.
Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, statutory compliance, contractor management, Microsoft Office, and WSH regulations. Class 3 Driving Licence is an advantage.
