Responsibilities
Working Days: 12hours shift (3443)
Salary: Basic up to $3000 + Night Shift Allowance $13 per day
Location: Sunview / Pioneer
Job Scope
Handle customer enquiries and provide order updates.
Process orders and prepare shipping documents.
Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams for deliveries.
Update shipment and customer information in the system.
Resolve delivery issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirement:
- Min Nitec/Diploma in supply chain or related field
- Prior experience in customer service or similar role
- Excellent communication skills
