Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and versatile ICT Executive to support the school’s ICT operations, digital learning initiatives, multimedia services, and AV support functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting students, teachers, and school events through effective ICT administration, technical support, and multimedia content management.

Temporary role needed for only 13 days.

Date required: 14 September to 26 September.

Time: 730am – 530pm ( 1 hour lunch)

Requirement :

Provide ICT support in education institution

Job scope:

• Provide technical and applications support for users
• Installation, testing and commissioning, maintenance, and repair of devices
• Manage ICT inventory
• Maintenance of tracking list (for e.g. Microsoft Excel, GoogleSpreadsheet) to track the loan and return of devices.
• Assist in audio, projector and notebook setup.
• Deliver and setup the ICT devices/ resources at the requested room/ area
• Delivery and receipt of goods as and when required  
• Process paperwork  and related ICT administrative tasks

The personnel should preferably have the following skills and experience:

• Possess working knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
• Possess working knowledge in Google Workspace
• Experience in Audio-Visual (AV) related setup and production
• Experience in handling audio, video
• Experience in video editing software and application
• Experience in inventory tracking
• Knowledge in troubleshooting and technical support of ICT device
