Job Description
Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Monitoring,follow-up & prepare report on work site progress work closely with ProjectManager on co-ordination & planning for work
- Resolve drawing discrepancies& technical difficulties with Technical team.
- Ensure all works are carried out inaccordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, workinstructions and most importantly, on schedule
- Co-ordinate all aspects of works withclient & sub-contractors
- Control the use of site resources andoverall project cost & also monitor and control wastage on site
- Cooperate with the company's technicaldepartment and participate in the implementation of BIM and C-score
- Liaise with the Consultantson the submission related to structural works and Technical Department.
- Candidate must possess at least aProfessional Certificate, Diploma or a Bachelor’s Degree in EngineeringCivil/Structural/Mechanical from a recognized institution by BCA
- Working experience in the constructionindustry – HDB project would be an advantage
- Knowledge in Prefabricated PrefinishedVolumetric Construction (PPVC)
