Job Summary

Assist in food preparation and maintain kitchen hygiene to ensure high-quality, fresh food. Support the Chef by performing assigned tasks while complying with mandatory hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items according to instructions to support kitchen operations
• Inspect food items to ensure freshness and maintain quality standards
• Clean and sanitize kitchen work areas and equipment to uphold hygiene requirements
• Follow mandatory hygiene standards and safety protocols consistently
• Execute additional tasks assigned by the Chef to support kitchen efficiency

- Holding GCE 'O' level and above qualification

- Advanced skill in MS Office

- Experience in F&B industry is an advantage

- Communication and Interpersonal skill

- Must have Food Hygiene Certificate
