Senior Project Executive, Payment Services

Responsibilities:

• Act as a key member of the Project Management Office (PMO) reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, tracking status for Online-to-Offline (O2O) functionalities and payment-related projects.
• Assist the CTO to manage and lead the payment development team on online and offline payment strategies across APAC markets.
• Apply strong business acumen in F&B and/or FMCG industries to maintain relationships with business partners and follow up on project items.
• Provide full-spectrum support to Business Heads on project development issues, including reviewing functional specifications with development team leads.
• Communicate and translate requirements into functional specifications for internal departments across regional markets.
• Handle multiple payment gateways, online & offline credit card processing, and digital wallet integration in key Asia markets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, with 1–2 years in related industries.
• Solid experience in complex working environments using detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) to assign and follow up with domain leads.
• Strong understanding of new media technology, internet O2O markets, responsive web, mobile usage, and social trends.
• Able to work flexible/odd hours when required, with a high sense of responsibility.
• Data-sensitive, result-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of solving complex problems.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
