1–3 years experience = better salary

Site work experience (construction is useful)

3. Certification (important)

Safety course like WSQ (Workplace Safety and Health)

Welding certificates (improves job chances)

Company may test your welding skill before hiring

4. Physical Requirements

Strong body (lifting, standing long time)
