Responsibilities
Kitchen Crew / Kitchen Assistant (Salad & Grain Bowl)
Multiple Locations Across Singapore
Full-Time Position
Immediate vacancies available
Singaporeans, PRs, & LTVP Holders only.
Job Description:
Prepare ingredients including washing, cutting, portioning, and cooking.
Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, rice cookers, stoves, and other food preparation equipment according to recipes and SOPs.
Assemble salad bowls and food orders accurately during serving hours.
Serve customers efficiently and courteously over the counter in a fast-paced environment.
Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock replenishment, and receive deliveries.
Track, reconcile, and verify daily sales reports & sales orders.
Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
Assist with stock replenishment, receiving deliveries, and general kitchen duties as required.
Requirements
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable with an active, hands-on role that involves standing and moving around during shifts.
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
WSQ Food Hygiene Certificate Level 1 is preferred.
Minimum 1 year of kitchen or food preparation experience is preferred.
Work Schedule
8-12 hours flexible shift.
5 or 6-day work week
Able to work weekend/PH is preferred.
