Responsibilities
Hire, onboard, and train new sales representatives
Conduct regular one-on-one coaching and field mentoring
Motivate staff through incentive plans and performance rewards
Remove workflow obstacles and administrative roadblocks
Create monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and quotas
Design sales plans, territory maps, and budgets
Analyze market trends, competitor behavior, and customer demand
