Responsibilities
Create monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and quotas
Design sales plans, territory maps, and budgets
Analyze market trends, competitor behavior, and customer demand
Collaborate with marketing to launch effective sales campaigns

Conduct regular one-on-one coaching and field mentoring
