Income Insurance Limited Hiring! Full Time Vice President, Ecosystem Partnerships - Embedded Solutions in - Ricebowl

This role acts as a strategic-commercial connector across Distribution, Product, Technology, Risk and Operations, ensuring that partner-led opportunities move from concept through proposition design, internal alignment, launch, performance tracking and scale. The incumbent will work closely with insurance subject matter leaders such as the Head of Personal Lines, Retail and/or Commercial Lines Distribution to secure and shape tangible opportunities, while taking accountability for internal orchestration, execution, governance and core P&L requirements.

Ecosystem Partnership Strategy and Commercialisation

• Develop and drive the partnership strategy for priority ecosystem opportunities, including NE / NTUC ecosystem partnerships and other relevant partner-led distribution opportunities.
• Curate targeted insurance propositions by leveraging existing relationships, customer access points, distribution channels and ecosystem partner touchpoints.
• Translate broad ecosystem relationships into commercially viable propositions with clear customer segments, partner value propositions, product fit, revenue potential and launch pathways.
• Work closely with Consumer GI, Distribution, Product and relevant line-of-business leaders to prioritise high-potential opportunities based on strategic fit, scalability, cost-to-serve, customer relevance and execution feasibility.
• Structure partnership models such as embedded distribution, co-created propositions, affinity campaigns, API-enabled partner journeys, referral models or digitally enabled customer acquisition journeys.
• Maintain senior-level partner engagement and internal alignment from opportunity identification through to launch and post-launch optimisation.

Embedded and Stackable Insurance Solutions

• Identify opportunities and lead the development and commercialisation of embedded and stackable insurance solutions across gig, platform, fleet-linked, payroll-linked and usage-based models.
• Build on existing accounts and use cases and assess how similar propositions can be scaled or adapted across other partner ecosystems.
• Partner with Product, Pricing, Underwriting, Risk and Operations teams to ensure that embedded propositions are appropriately designed, priced, governed and operationally executable.

Platform Partnerships and Microinsurance Strategy

• Identify and develop new platform partnership opportunities that can support scalable customer acquisition, lower distribution friction and customised product propositions for both new and existing customers.
• Shape microinsurance and bite-sized propositions suitable for platform-based, digital and partner-led distribution models.
• Work with Technology and digital teams to translate partner opportunities into practical API, data, payment, servicing, claims and customer journey requirements.
• Promote reuse of existing platform capabilities, modular product constructs and repeatable partner integration models to reduce bespoke builds and improve speed to market.
• Maintain a portfolio view of ecosystem and platform opportunities, balancing quick wins, strategic partnerships and reusable capabilities that can be scaled across multiple partners.

Banca Partnership and Digital Solutions Support

• Support the Income bancassurance partnership digital journey, including relevant proposition, distribution, journey and execution workstreams.
• Front external engagements where digital solutions, platform capability, partner integration or customer journey design are required.
• Translate external partner needs into practical internal solution requirements, ensuring alignment between commercial objectives, technology feasibility and operational readiness.
• Support the creation of reusable partner-facing solution narratives, product concepts and engagement materials that can be adapted across multiple accounts.

End-to-End Opportunity Ownership and Programme Execution

• Own the progression of priority opportunities from identification through proposition design, business case development, internal alignment, launch readiness, go-live and scale-up.
• Act as the central connector across Distribution, Product, Technology, Risk, Operations, Legal / Compliance where required, and partner-facing teams.
• Establish clear governance, decision points, issue escalation, execution discipline and milestone tracking for each priority opportunity.
• Ensure cross-functional teams have clarity on proposition scope, operating model, delivery timelines, roles and responsibilities, success measures and launch dependencies.
