Job Description

The temporary Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition is responsible for identifying, engaging, selecting and assessing talent to support the organisation's hiring needs. The incumbent will focus on proactive candidate sourcing, talent pipelining, candidate evaluation, and stakeholder partnership to ensure a high-quality talent pool for current and future workforce requirements.

• • Talent Sourcing and Pipeline Development
  • Identify quality candidates across various channels.
  • Conduct proactive candidate searches and source mapping for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Maintain or establish channels and talent databases for identified candidate profiles
  • Engage potential candidates, both active and passive, to ascertain interest and fit for current and emerging roles.

• • Candidate Assessment & Selection
  • Conduct resume screening and candidate evaluations against job requirements and competencies.
  Perform phone and virtual screening interviews to assess candidates' suitability, motivation, and fit to the organisationisational culture and roles.

Job Requirments

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related disciplines.

• 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, executive search, or candidate assessment.
Familiarity with ATS, job boards and job seeking platforms
