Job Description

Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality healthcare services.
  • Lead, supervise, and develop clinic staff, including nurses, medical assistants, receptionists, and administrative personnel.
  • Monitor clinic performance by tracking operational KPIs, patient satisfaction, appointment flow, and service quality.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve clinic SOPs, workflows, and operational processes.
  • Ensure compliance with Ministry of Health (MOH) regulations, licensing requirements, infection control standards, and workplace safety policies.
  • Manage staff scheduling, attendance, manpower planning, and resource allocation to ensure adequate daily coverage.
  • Monitor inventory levels of medicines, medical supplies, and equipment, ensuring timely procurement and cost-effective stock management.
  • Handle patient feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally to maintain high patient satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with doctors and department heads to improve clinical operations and patient outcomes.
  • Prepare operational reports, analyze clinic performance, and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage clinic budgets, operational expenses, and cost-control measures to achieve financial targets.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and staff training to build a high-performing healthcare team.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Hospital Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of management experience in a clinic, medical center, hospital, or healthcare environment.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of clinic operations, patient service, and healthcare administration.
  • Familiarity with Ministry of Health (MOH) regulations and healthcare compliance requirements.
  • Experience in staff scheduling, inventory management, budgeting, and operational planning.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and clinic management or electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Experience managing multi-disciplinary healthcare teams.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance, accreditation standards, and risk management.
  • Experience with panel management, insurance claims, and third-party administrators (TPAs).
  • Strong project management and process improvement capabilities.
  • Possession of a valid driving licence and access to personal transportation is an added advantage.
