Job Responsibilities

• Tenant Communications & Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for tenants

and property owners, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring high

levels of satisfaction for both tenants and owners.

• Tenant Management: Assist with tenancy agreements, renewals, and tracking

expiration dates, ensuring that accurate records are maintained at all times.

• Billing & Payment Management: Oversee rental collection, outstanding payments,

utilities payments, and billing processes, while ensuring that transaction records are

kept up-to-date and accurate.

• Market Research on Rental Prices: Conduct regular market research to analyze

current rental trends and engage in discussions with company management to ensure

competitive pricing.

• Any ad-hoc tasks required by the Management when required.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply with Diploma / Degree certificate. If you have admin experiences are welcome too.
• It is an extra bonus if you have relevant experiences
• Work from office, Wisma YPR Bangsar (10 mins drive from Midvalley)

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
