About the Role

Obright Events is looking for a creative and passionate 3D Designer to join our growing event team. The ideal candidate will have experience in event, exhibition, or experiential design and be able to transform creative concepts into engaging event experiences.

You will be involved in the full design process, from developing initial concepts and 3D visualisations to preparing presentation materials and supporting execution with the internal team and production partners.

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys a fast-paced creative environment and is passionate about bringing events, exhibitions, and brand experiences to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and 3D designs for events, exhibitions, brand activations, and corporate experiences.
• Create 3D visualisations, layouts, and design proposals for client presentations.
• Prepare presentation materials, mood boards, and design concepts.
• Work closely with clients, project managers, and production teams to ensure designs are practical and executable.
• Develop exhibition booth designs, stage concepts, event layouts, and visual elements.
• Revise designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
• Coordinate with production teams during fabrication and implementation stages.
• Attend site visits and event setups to ensure design execution meets expectations.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in event design, exhibition design, interior design, or related creative fields.
• Experience in MICE, exhibitions, brand activations, corporate events, or experiential marketing is highly preferred.
• Strong portfolio showcasing 3D visualisation, event spaces, exhibition booths, or spatial design projects.
• Proficient in design software such as:
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop
• 3D Max / SketchUp / AutoCAD / other 3D design software
• Strong creativity with good understanding of space planning, visual aesthetics, and design details.
• Able to communicate and present design ideas clearly.
• Strong project management and multitasking skills.
• Willing to work beyond normal working hours during event setup and event days when required

Working Hour

Monday – Friday
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

(Flexibility required during event preparation and event days.)
