Zenith Marketing and Consulting Sdn. Bhd. is a growing business consulting company providing professional business support and consulting solutions to clients across multiple industries.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development Representative (Mandarin Required) to join our team. If you enjoy building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering outstanding customer service, we would love to hear from you.

Expected Monthly Income: RM4,000–RM10,000+ (Basic Salary + Commission )

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer, prospect and client enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, email, website enquiries and other communication channels.
• Follow up with leads, customers, agents, business partners and clients to support sales conversion and business development activities.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, service summaries and other sales-related documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, suppliers, partners and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support customer enquiries, client servicing and post-sales follow-up.
• Update CRM systems, customer databases, websites, online listings and digital platforms.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, quotations, proposals and customer communications.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Support customer meetings, networking activities and business development initiatives.
• Perform administrative and coordination duties assigned by the company.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Customer Service, Client Relations, Marketing, Hospitality or related fields.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and business partners.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented and proactive.
• Comfortable handling enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email and online platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and CRM systems.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
