Role: Consulting Engineer – Mandarin speaker

Location: Kuala Lumpur Job

Type: Permanent

Relocation support (Visa, flight ticket & initial hotel accommodation)

Required skills:

• Knowledge on Routing and switching Technologies like IGP, OSPF, EGP, BGP, STP, RSTP, VTP, VSS, vPC, vDC, MSTP, LACP, VLAN,
• Knowledge on Data Center, Cloud and Virtualization industry, ACI, Nexus products
• Experienced Knowledge on LAN SW Technologies like STP, RSTP, VTP, VSS, vPC, vDC, MSTP, LACP, VLAN, VXLAN-EVPN, DCNM, OTV, Fex, Fabricpath, VXlan, LISP.
• Knowledge of Cisco switching Platforms like Cat 6500, 6800, 4500, 3850, Nexus 7K, Nexus 5k, Nexus 3K and Nexus9k ( standalone and ACI)
• Experience in installation, configuration, testing and troubleshooting and/or Network solution designing of Cisco routers and switch
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills, ability to communicate technology strategy and architecture approach to engineers, executives, and Cisco customers.
• Strong consulting & client-facing skills to include cross-functional influence, external and internal consulting

Good to have:

• Prior experience of conducting customer workshops, High level and low level network design experience would be preferred.
• Experience with Virtualization (OpenStack / VMware vSphere / Microsoft Hyper V / Red Hat KVM / Linux Containers etc) Routing & Switching Ent Domain
• Knowledge of emerging technologies like SDA/ SDWAN preferred
• Knowledge of UCS products and Hyperflex , DCNM, Nexus Dashboard
• Network automation skills preferred (Python/ Ansible/ GoLang/ Splunk)

Certifications: CCNA Must, CCNP plus and CCIE Preferred

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
