Netherlands Maritime University College Hiring! Full Time GENERAL WORKER in Johor - Ricebowl

To carry out basic painting tasks and assist with light building maintenance work. This role also involves supporting Facility Management Services (FMS) staff in daily maintenance operations to ensure the building and its surroundings are safe, clean, and well-maintained.

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform painting work on walls, fences, pipes, and other building areas (indoor & outdoor).
• Prepare surfaces before painting (cleaning, sanding, patching minor damage).
• Assist with light repair work such as fixing doors, windows, ceilings, etc.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and tools after use.
• Report any damages or material shortages to the supervisor.
• Follow all safety instructions while working.

Requirements:

• SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or equivalent
• Able to read and follow instructions.
• Physically fit and able to do manual/physical tasks.
• Experience in painting or basic maintenance is an advantage.
• Able to work in a team and follow directions well.
