Job Summary

To support the Procurement team in daily purchasing and administrative activities while gaining practical experience in sourcing, supplier coordination, purchase order processing, and inventory management.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and processing Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs).
• Follow up with suppliers regarding quotations, order confirmations, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain and update procurement records, supplier databases, and purchasing documentation.
• Assist in comparing supplier quotations based on price, quality, and delivery terms.
• Support the Procurement team in monitoring stock levels and replenishment requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure purchasing requirements are fulfilled on time.
• Assist in filing procurement documents in accordance with company procedures and ISO requirements.
• Help prepare procurement reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents.
• Participate in supplier evaluations and procurement improvement initiatives, where applicable.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to learn and maintain confidentiality of company information.

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
