• Assist in ensuring compliance to GLP, GMP, HACCP, FSSC standards and requirements
• To perform incoming raw material and finished product testing.
• Ensure all QA findings and results are recorded in respective forms and systems.
• Ensure that the raw material, in process and finished products quality is within the specifications.
• Report to superior when the results are out of specification and Fill out Non-conforming form for products not in specification.
• To Manage Retain Samples for Incoming and Finished Products
• To Conduct and arrange Trial of new packaging material
• To assist with the validation and verification studies.
• Perform other tasks and assignment as directed by superior from time to time.

Job Requirement :

• Minimum Diploma in food technology/science or equivalent level OR
• Minimum 2 year experience in production related experience from food processing industry
• Able to speak and read, write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Ability to work independently/ long hours and under pressure.
• Willingness to learn and take over new responsibilities and challenges.
• Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
• Able to commence immediately
