Manjoe (F&B) Hiring! Full Time Marketing Executive in Selangor - Ricebowl

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Manage and update social media platforms, including content planning and scheduling.
• Create simple marketing materials such as posters, flyers, promotional visuals, and digital advertisements.
• Coordinate with operations, outlets, suppliers, shopping malls, and external vendors for marketing activities.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Assist in organizing events, exhibitions, and brand activation programs.
• Ensure all marketing materials and brand communications are consistent with company guidelines.
• Prepare marketing reports, campaign summaries, and monthly activity updates.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Support other marketing and branding initiatives as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in F&B, retail, or hospitality industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar design software.
• Familiar with social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu.
• Good communication, organizational, and project coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per hour
