Job Purpose

Support daily café operations by delivering exceptional customer service, preparing beverages according to company standards and ensuring a clean, organized and welcoming environment. Develop strong specialty coffee knowledge while contributing positively to the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service Excellence

Deliver friendly, professional and personalized customer service. Understand customer needs, recommend beverages and retail coffee beans, answer product enquiries and ensure every guest leaves with a positive experience.

• Beverage Preparation

Prepare espresso-based beverages, hand brewed coffee and other menu items according to company SOP. Maintain consistency, presentation, recipe accuracy and speed of service.

• Daily Operations

Assist with opening and closing procedures, replenish stock, prepare ingredients, maintain workstation cleanliness and complete operational checklists.

• Cleaning & Food Safety

Maintain excellent hygiene, clean all coffee equipment and comply with food safety and sanitation standards.

• Inventory Support

Monitor stock levels and report shortages. Assist with receiving, organizing and storing deliveries.

• Teamwork

Support colleagues during busy periods and participate in continuous coffee training.

· Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
