Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate As-Built Drawings based on site verification and project requirements.
• Produce high-quality BIM models using Autodesk Revit for Architectural, Structural, and M&E disciplines.
• Prepare Measured Drawings from site measurements, survey information, and project documentation.
• Process and convert 3D Laser Scanning (Point Cloud) data into BIM models and detailed construction drawings.
• Generate floor plans, elevations, sections, schedules, detail drawings, and other technical documentation.
• Coordinate and integrate drawings from multiple disciplines to ensure consistency and clash-free documentation.
• Carry out quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) checks before submissions.
• Ensure all drawings comply with client specifications, project requirements, and relevant industry standards.
• Participate in site inspections, measurements, and data collection whenever required.
• Support project teams throughout the documentation and BIM coordination process.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Building Technology, Drafting, BIM, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in:
• BIM Modelling
• As-Built Documentation
• Measured Drawings
• Building Documentation
• Proficient in:
• Autodesk Revit (Essential)
• AutoCAD
• Autodesk Recap (Added Advantage)
• Able to interpret Architectural, Structural, and M&E drawings accurately.
• Experience working on government or public sector projects will be an added advantage.
• Willing to travel and work on-site for measurements and project coordination when required.
