Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall warehouse operations, including raw materials, finished goods, and bonded warehouse activities.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve warehouse policies, SOPs, and warehouse management systems to ensure operational excellence.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through effective stock control, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation while maintaining optimal warehouse efficiency.
• Oversee inbound, outbound, storage, and material handling operations to support production requirements.
• Manage warehouse safety and compliance by implementing 5S/8S, ESD, MSD, fire prevention, and warehouse best practices.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian Customs regulations and bonded warehouse requirements.
• Lead the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ERP systems.
• Collaborate closely with Production, Planning (PMC), Procurement, Logistics, and Customs to ensure smooth material flow and timely deliveries.
• Lead, coach, and develop the warehouse team through training, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive warehouse process optimization, cost reduction, and operational efficiency projects.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management within the server PCBA, EMS, or electronics manufacturing industry.
• Experience in setting up a new warehouse or supporting factory startup projects is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, bonded warehouse procedures, and warehouse best practices.
• Hands-on experience with WMS, ERP systems, inventory control, and warehouse process optimization.
• Good understanding of ESD/MSD handling requirements, warehouse safety, and electronic component storage.
• Familiar with Malaysian Customs regulations, import/export procedures, and bonded warehouse operations.
• Strong leadership, people management, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
