Allied Precision Manufacturing Hiring! Full Time QA Technician (Incoming-Outgoing) in Johor, Earn up to MYR 2,300 - Ricebowl

Incoming :

• Inspect raw materials or components from suppliers.
• Review and file incoming material certificates, test reports, and compliance documents.
• Ensure traceability and supplier documentation is complete and matches the purchase order/specs.
• Isolate non-conforming parts or materials.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and logs.
• Help investigate supplier-related quality issues (SCARs – Supplier Corrective Action Requests).

Outgoing :

• Inspect finished goods for defects, damage, or incorrect specifications.
• Verify product dimensions, appearance, labeling, and packaging.
• Ensure products meet company quality standards and customer specifications.
• Record inspection results and maintain quality documentation.
• Identify and report non-conforming products.
• Work with production and warehouse teams to resolve quality issues.
• Ensure only approved products are released for shipment.
• Follow quality procedures, safety regulations, and inspection checklists.

Requirement :

• Read technical drawings/blueprints
• Use measurement tools: Calipers, micrometers, height gauge , Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) etc

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
