Job Summary
Provides post-sale technical support services to customers, including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution and maintenance of products and services | Responsibilities are within the Technical Customer Support Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines
Job Responsibility
此職位須與外包團隊合作，負責管理及協作以下工作內容以達到業務目標
- 按原廠說明書建立與優化檢測流程、維修標準與SOP。
- 執行無人機本體、通訊系統、酬載及電源的檢測。
- 執行維修前後的飛行測試，以確保維修品質。
- 維護原廠後台維修系統及每月請款。
- 與客戶溝通維修內容、報價，並視需求至客戶端執行檢查。
- 維修商品之收送件管理
- 與原廠團隊協作
- 無人機維修料件庫存管理
- 其他交辦事項
Requirements
- 教育背景：專科或大學以上學歷，電機、電子、機械工程相關科系尤佳。
- 2-3年工作經驗，有帶領團隊經驗尤佳。
- 具備基礎電路知識。
- 具備民航局遙控無人機操作證照尤佳。
