Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Project Management or related disciplines.

2. Minimum 8 years working experience in construction industry, at least 3 years equivalent management experience as branch general manager or regional business leader.

3. Familiar with Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area construction market, bidding procedures and full-lifecycle project operation; possess stable local resources including clients, design institutes and general contractors.

4. Strong capability in business negotiation and market development, capable of independently managing project bidding and commercial communication.

5. Proficient in project cost control, capital management and receivables collection with solid awareness of operational risk prevention.

6. Excellent ability in team building and performance management, familiar with internal operation and compliance system of construction enterprises.

7. Outstanding communication & coordination skills, able to work under pressure, recognize corporate development strategy and take full accountability for business performance.

8. Candidates with Registered Architect, Class A Constructor or other professional qualifications are preferred.
