Responsibilities:

• Create and Deploy successful marketing events and campaigns

• Build strategic partnership

• Monitor the growth, development, function and reproduction of each brand (current and new) of The Caprioli Management

• Update and maintain restaurant websites’ contents and UX

• Manage social media accounts for all restaurants and retails shops

• Create all eDM newsletter contents and strategically target customer database

• Organize and execute digital and print marketing campaigns, collaborations, and promotions

• Control the Marketing budget and allocate / invest funds wisely

• Build & Maintain relationships with industry media & press, journalists, KOL, influencers, vendors

• Meet and collaborate with operations team to execute campaigns and promotions

• Guide and direct graphics team on all visual and branding designs

• Manage new openings or re-launches

• Monitor and research for competitors’/ industries’ activities, trends and happenings

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing or relevant business subjects

• 3-4 years relevant experience in marketing, experience in food & beverage operations will be an advantage

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; creative with excellent analytical skills

• Independent, result-oriented and details minded

• Good planning, marketing and promotional skills with ability of strategic analysis to maximize profitability and business development

• Familiar with Italian cuisine and food & beverage products

• Excellent command of written and spoken English
