Job Description
- Manage and process orders accurately and efficiently within the US shift timeframe.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and address any supply chain discrepancies proactively.
- Communicate with stakeholders to resolve order-related issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all supply chain operations.
- Generate and maintain accurate documentation for all procurement and order processes.
- Support the team in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on order management performance.
A Successful Order Management Professional Should Have
- Knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes in the Life Science industry.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for order management.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work during US shift hours.
- Ability to adapt to busy and varied work environments.
- Annual salary ranging from MYR 54,000 to MYR 66,000.
- 13th-month salary bonus.
- Night shift allowance.
