Summary:

Provide technical support in terms of design calculation and project management. In charge for technical aspects of products. (Mandarin Speaker preferred)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, implement, and test technical solutions based on business requirements.
• Identify potential issues and integrate possible solutions.
• Serve as the company’s technical subject matter and technical escalation resource.
• Identify and assist in developing enhancement opportunities across the enterprise through product innovation and development.
• Provide training/seminar to in and out of company.
• Attend in-person meeting with clients to analyse, troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues.
• Compile and organize documentation pertaining to technical such as standards, operating manual and warranty.
• Ensure product compliance to certification body such as JKR, SIRIM and TUV.
• Familiar in SCADA

Skills Required:

• Hardworking, versatile, discipline, self-motivated, good interpersonal and communication skills, fast learner, mature and responsible.
• Analytical, able to work independently and handle multi-tasking
• Able to or willing to work outstation
• Possess good communication and writing skills in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 2 –3 years of working experience in related field
• Equivalent experience & knowledge in Construction industry are preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCad
