Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated Junior DevOps Engineer to join our growing infrastructure team. You will work alongside senior engineers to manage cloud infrastructure, automate CI/CD pipelines, and maintain production-grade systems across multiple projects. This is a hands-on role with strong opportunities for growth into cloud, SRE, or senior DevOps positions.

Responsibilities

  • Provision and manage AWS cloud resources including EC2, RDS, EKS, S3, CloudFront, WAF, VPC, and Transit Gateway.
  • Deploy and maintain Kubernetes workloads including HPA, VPA, Cluster Autoscaler, Ingress, and Helm chart management.
  • Build and maintain Jenkins CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment across dev, UAT, and production environments.
  • Support observability stack operations using Grafana, Loki, Tempo, and Alloy, including distributed tracing via OpenTelemetry.
  • Manage WAF rules, IP whitelisting, VPN access, Jumpserver bastion hosts, and IAM permissions.
  • Implement data masking and log sanitization to protect sensitive information across logging pipelines.
  • Investigate and resolve infrastructure incidents including OOM kills, Pod failures, and performance anomalies.
  • Assist with monthly cloud billing reports and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Write operational runbooks and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or system administration (fresh graduates with strong internship experience are encouraged to apply).
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and Linux system administration.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes and container-based deployments.
  • Experience writing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins (Jenkinsfile) and Bash/Shell scripting.
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals: DNS, load balancing, VPN, and firewall rules.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
