AHW Group Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented BIM Modeller / Drafter to join our team. You will be involved in exciting government and private sector projects across Malaysia. Job Responsibilities -Prepare and update As-Built Drawings based on site conditions and project requirements. -Create BIM models using Autodesk Revit for Architectural, Structural and M&E disciplines. -Produce Measured Drawings from site measurements and survey data. -Convert 3D Laser Scanning (Point Cloud) data into accurate BIM models and technical drawings. -Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, schedules and detailed drawings. -Coordinate and review drawings from different disciplines to ensure accuracy and consistency. -Perform QA/QC checks before drawing submissions. -Ensure all drawings comply with client requirements and industry standards. -Attend site visits and carry out measurements when required. Requirements -Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, BIM, Drafting, or a related field. Proficient in: ~Autodesk Revit (Required) ~AutoCAD ~Autodesk Recap (an advantage) At least 2 years of experience in: ~BIM Modelling ~As-Built Drawings ~Measured Drawings ~Building Documentation ~Experience with government projects is an added advantage. -Able to read and interpret Architectural, Structural and M&E drawings. -Willing to travel for site visits when required.
