Seeking a top performing business banking manager (Quarterly Commission Based)!

Your new role

Your new role will be to look after the portfolio of the small business clients in SME Banking to provide companies with turnover of up to US$25 mil in Singapore a suite of products that meets their financing requirements. As a Business Development Manager, you will be expected to achieve quarterly New Sales Revenue (NSR) targets through New-to-Bank client acquisitions, and active cross-selling of SME Banking products and Wealth Solutions to meet and exceed quarterly sales targets.

What you'll need to succeed

• 3+ years of SME/Business Banking experience, focused on acquiring new-to-bank small business clients and promoting the whole suite of SME Banking products - financing, cash solutions etc.
• Consistently achieve quarterly sales and NSR targets through proactive prospecting of SME business clients and strong cross-selling of wealth solutions
• Strong client relationship skills, service excellence, and responsiveness, ensuring quick turnaround to client queries
• Uphold high standards of ethics, risk awareness, and full compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Strong team player, collaborate closely with stakeholders while maintaining accountability for individual performance
