  • Work closely with Customer Service to respond to changing customer requirements and demand fluctuations.
  • Support weekly and monthly planning reviews, inventory analysis, and stock optimization activities.
  • Assist with production allocation, inventory expiry monitoring, and inventory control initiatives.
  • Prepare planning reports and KPI dashboards, including inventory and backorder performance.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Warehouse, Quality, Purchasing, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth production flow.

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Around 1–3 years of experience in Production Planning, Supply Chain, Materials Planning, Logistics, or Manufacturing Operations.
  • Exposure to ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms would be advantageous.
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and handling data analysis.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
  • Eagerness to learn, develop, and grow within a multinational manufacturing environment.

Why Consider This Opportunity?

  • Excellent platform to develop a career in Supply Chain and Production Planning.
  • Structured training and mentorship from experienced planning professionals.
  • Collaborative and supportive working environment.
