About the Roles

Join a manufacturer of electrical equipment as a Business Development Executive (Electrical / Engineering Solutions), based near Woodlands North/Admiralty MRT. This is a permanent role with a 5-day work week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, offering a basic salary with variable bonus and opportunities to develop business across key project sectors.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across data centre, transportation, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and generate quality leads.
• Build and nurture relationships with consultants, owners, contractors, and end-users.
• Promote electrical switchboards and control panels by presenting their features, applications, and benefits clearly.
• Track upcoming projects and business opportunities across Southeast Asia.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business development planning.
• Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities to expand market reach.
• Carry out other related duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in business development and marketing.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and professionally.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
