The Opportunity:

We are looking for a charismatic and organised Captain or an experienced server to lead our front-of-house team and ensure every guest has a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Team Leadership: Supervise daily floor operations, including assigning stations and managing break schedules for the serving staff.

· Guest Experience: Greet and seat guests, handle special requests, and resolve any customer complaints professionally and efficiently.

· Service Flow: Ensure smooth communication between the front-of-house and the barista/food preparation areas.

· Training: Assist in training new team members on service standards, menu knowledge, and POS systems.

· Quality Control: Monitor table cleanliness, service speed, and overall presentation to maintain shop standards.

· Administration: Assist with opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and end-of-day reports.

Who You Are:

· Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or captain role within a café, fast-casual restaurant, or bistro.

· Personality: Energetic, approachable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

· Language: Fluent in Cantonese and English (to communicate with expat customers and English-speaking staff). Mandarin is a plus.

· Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and handle busy rushes calmly.

· Legality: Must have the right to work in Hong Kong (HKID holder or valid working visa).
