Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Warehouse Supervisor who is fluent in Mandarin to oversee daily warehouse operations, manage warehouse staff, and ensure efficient inventory control. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking employees, suppliers, and customers while maintaining high standards of productivity, safety, and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy through regular stock counts.
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve operational targets.
• Ensure all incoming and outgoing goods are checked for quality and quantity.
• Maintain proper documentation for warehouse transactions and inventory records.
• Coordinate with the Purchasing, Sales, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, warehouse procedures, and safety regulations.
• Monitor warehouse cleanliness and organize storage areas efficiently.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and operational issues.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports.
• Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking suppliers, customers, and employees when necessary.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or a supervisory role.
• Able to speak, read, and write Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Good knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and warehouse management systems (WMS) is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Willing to work in Ulu Tiram, Johor.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
