Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Finance Manager to lead the full finance function in a fast-growing business. Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, accounting, compliance, investor reporting, and financial planning while building scalable finance processes to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the company's full finance operations, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly management reporting.
• Prepare financial models, management dashboards, investor and board reports, while supporting fundraising, due diligence, and strategic decision-making.
• Oversee accounting, payroll, treasury, customer collections, statutory compliance, tax, audits, and relationships with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders.
• Establish financial controls, policies, systems, and scalable processes to improve governance, operational efficiency, and business performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, with professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, ICAEW, or equivalent) preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of finance or accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a Finance Manager, Financial Controller, or similar leadership role.
• Proven experience managing full P&L, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and Malaysian statutory compliance.
• Strong financial modelling, advanced Excel, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in startups, SMEs, high-growth businesses, venture capital-backed companies, or project-based industries will be an added advantage.

*Contract role: 6 months

Pay: RM6,000.00 per month
