• Plan Lessons

Prepare and organize lesson plans according to the curriculum and learning objectives.

• Deliver Instruction

Teach students using appropriate methods, materials, and activities to ensure understanding.

• Assess Student Performance

Create tests, assignments, and exams to evaluate students’ progress and learning outcomes.

• Classroom Management

Maintain discipline, manage student behavior, and create a positive learning environment.

• Provide Feedback

Give constructive feedback on students’ work to help them improve academically.

• Adapt Teaching Methods

Adjust teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs and abilities of students.

• Monitor Progress

Track and record students’ academic performance and attendance.

• Communicate with Parents/Guardians

Inform parents about student progress, behavior, and any concerns.

• Participate in School Activities

Engage in meetings, training, workshops, and extracurricular activities.

• Maintain Records

Keep accurate records of grades, attendance, and other required documentation.

• Support Student Development

Encourage students’ social, emotional, and intellectual growth.

• Stay Updated

Keep up with new teaching methods, educational tools, and subject knowledge.
